VCAL students threw themselves into the next stage of their Litter Innovation Project on Thursday with a tree and grass planting session near Fiedler’s Bridge on the Bendigo Creek. The students—many of whom were having their first experience of tree-planting—worked with members of Conservation Volunteers Australia and Lachie Badura from Parks Victoria to put more than 200 plants in the ground.

A big shout out to all the students (and staff!) who braved the cold and wet to make a difference. Your efforts will have a positive influence on the future health of the Bendigo Creek and the Greater Bendigo National Park.
