BSSC Business students gained valuable insight into the marketing strategies and decision-making processes of a multi-national franchise on Monday, with a visit from McDonald’s Retail Traineeship Advisor, Sebastian Delfino.

Mr Delfino gave first hand examples of the many ways McDonald’s builds brand trust and implements its market research in both advertising and product implementation.

Students then took part in a ‘Create your own taste’ exercise, forming groups to create a new food and packaging concept for McDonald’s.

Lots of great discussion ensued, with students coming up with some great ideas in just 15 short minutes.
