Friday 28 August 2020 is Wear It Purple Day.
This year’s theme celebrates encouragement, empowerment and emphasis on making effective change for LGBTI folks and all minority groups.
In the lead up to Wear It Purple Day, we’re asking our students and staff to show their support by sending in a photo of themselves dressed in purple, along with a sentence about why being inclusive matters.
Photos can be sent to events@bssc.edu.au, or straight to the BSSC Facebook page, via Messenger. Get creative!

Now, more than ever, is a time to incorporate safety, inclusion and empowerment in schools and workplaces to fight adversity and marginalisation.
