YFU Student Exchange is a non-profit organisation driven by the passion of people, consisting of 55+ member organisations across six continents. As a leader in intercultural exchange and educational programs for more than 70 years, YFU has impacted more than 270,000 students and their host families, schools, and networks and has more than 70,000 volunteers globally.
An opportunity is available to become a Local Coordinator with YFU Student Exchange.
The role is to make contact with our exchange student and their family (commencing at BSSC in July) once a month to check in. This person can be a parent, a teacher or anyone in the community – the person just needs to have a Working With Children Check or be willing to apply for one.
