A big thank you to Bendigo UFS on raising $735 for the college in the past year as part of their BUFS Building a Healthy Community program.
For a number of years BSSC students have benefitted from the support of members of the UFS pharmacies in Bendigo. Each year UFS members nominate a school or community group when they pay their membership, and UFS donates half the membership fee to that organisation.
Recently Trish Steele was presented with a cheque for $735 to enhance the wellbeing programs at our college. The funds will be used to support students who are young carers, new arrivals to Australia and others experiencing hardship. The college is very grateful to UFS pharmacies, staff and members who nominate our college to receive benefits. These donations make a huge difference to the lives of students at BSSC.
The UFS pharmacies clubs and sponsorships program is designed to provide schools and clubs with a recurring source of sponsorship income.
UFS pharmacy members also enjoy a range of discounts and member benefits.
