EAL/VCAL students had a uniquely ‘Aussie’ experience during the week when they ditched their shoes and took to the greens of the Bendigo Bowling Club for a spot of lawn bowls.
There was definitely some budding talent in the group and members of the bowling club were generous in passing on their skills and expertise.
And what better way to cap off a game of bowls than with a barbecue. Students had already prepared a tasty array of salads, roti bread, and chocolate muffins for dessert.
