Presented by the Australian Institute of International Affairs, the 2016 International Careers Conference (ICC) features panel discussions and speakers from a range of organisations and backgrounds that have experience working in Australia, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

At the ICC you’ll:

  •  Gain insights into the opportunities and realities of a variety of international careers from professionals in the private, governmental and not-for-profit sectors.
  •    Directly engage with speakers during Q&A sessions and small group workshops.
  •  Further your professional development network by meeting representatives from government, international development, business, diplomacy and NGOs.
  •    Receive constructive feedback on your Curriculum Vitae from the La Trobe University careers centre.

 

The ICC gives you a chance to hear from highly regarded professionals from diverse international careers and to ask questions about ways to access your dream career, and what to expect once you are there. There will be morning tea and lunch which will provide a fantastic opportunity for networking with fellow participants and representatives from diverse organisations, as well as with Australian Institute of International Affairs Victoria (AIIAV) Council Members.

Registrations will be open from 8am.

Tickets:  Full-time students: $50 early bird tickets*;  then $75

Non full-time students/others: $80 early bird tickets*; then $95
